        There were 4 premiums that could be obtained by sending in coupons from certain cigarette brands (e.g., Helmar, Negro).  The four premiums are a silk, card, leather, and pillowcase.  The pillowcase includes a selection of the Hamilton King sporting girls.  They are all very rare and command high premiums.  For example, the leather sold in 2001 for roughly $3,000.
